If you use this online function, we will immediately send you, on a durable medium (e.g. by email), a confirmation of receipt with information about the content of the withdrawal statement as well as the date and time it was received.<\/p><p>To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you have sent your withdrawal statement via the withdrawal rights function (the so-called \u201cwithdrawal button\u201d) before the withdrawal period expires.<\/p><p>In addition, you can exercise your right of withdrawal by informing us (Swiss Sabers GmbH, Fl\u00fcelastrasse 11, 8048 Z\u00fcrich, Switzerland, Switzerland, Phone number: +41 76 767 86 37, Email address: support@sabers-and-cloaks.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.<\/p><p>In this case, to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.<\/p><h3>Effects of Withdrawal<\/h3><p>If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery option offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.<\/p><p>We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, depending on which occurs first.<\/p><p>You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract.
