The Blade: RGB or Pixel?

This is where you’ll see the biggest difference in performance and price:

RGB («Baselit» or In-Hilt LED)

The LED is located in the hilt and illuminates the hollow blade. Since there’s no electronics inside the blade itself, it can’t be damaged.

• Benefits: Extremely durable, ideal for intense duels and more affordable.

• Drawbacks: Less dynamic lighting effects and reduced brightness.

Pixel (Neopixel LEDs)

LEDs are built directly into the blade along its entire length.

• Benefits: Breathtaking, realistic lighting effects (realistic «extending and retracting» of the blade, high and even brightness across the entire blade, huge wow factor).

• Drawbacks: More sensitive to hard hits and more expensive.

The hilt is purely a matter of taste—but it’s important for how it feels when you hold the saber:
