Shipping for items in stock
All in-stock items (costumes, lightsabers, accessories) are shipped quickly and guaranteed duty-free within the EU from our German warehouse.

Our Custom Sabers are made specifically for you and shipped directly from our manufacturer’s forge to you.- Shipping costs: Free worldwide!
- Delivery time: 4–6 weeks (due to custom manufacturing)
- Duties & Taxes: Any applicable import costs and customs duties are borne by the customer. Shipping is not from Germany.
- There is no right of return for Custom Lightsabers as they are individually crafted.

Return terms
Lightsabers
For all products, we provide a 14-day warranty for “defects upon receipt.” This entitles you to a replacement for items that were damaged before or during shipping. The defective item must be returned. In addition, we provide a two-year warranty from the time you receive the lightsaber for the grip, including the components contained in it (namely soundboard/core, speakers, LED). The blade and the battery are considered consumable items (wear parts) and may be damaged through improper handling. This applies especially to Neopixel blades. For this reason, there is no warranty for blades and batteries (with the exception of defects upon receipt).
Clothing
We can only accept returned clothing that has not been worn and is in like-new condition. For example, if the size doesn’t fit, we’re happy to exchange the items as long as they were only tried on.
