Return conditions
Lightsabers
We provide a 14-day warranty on all products for “defects upon receipt.” This entitles you to a replacement for items that were damaged before or during shipping. The defective item must be sent back. In addition, we offer a two-year warranty from the time you receive the lightsaber on the grip including the components inside it (namely soundboard/core, speaker, LED). The blade and the battery are considered consumable items (wear parts) and can be damaged through improper handling. This applies especially to Neopixel blades. For this reason, there is no warranty on blades and batteries (except for defects upon receipt).
Clothing
We can only accept clothing back if it is unused and in like-new condition. For example, if the size doesn’t fit, we’re happy to exchange the items as long as they were only tried on.
